Rick - I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all your assistance with my basement refinishing project !!!  My old basement was (as you may recall) dark, dreary, and musty from water leakage. No one wanted to go down there, even to do laundry. How things have changed !!!! You took the time to explain the materials, choices, and the process for installation, answering my MANY questions about how the different product components work together to make a BEAUTIFUL and practical system. I had not realized how much detail went into refinishing a basement to be both attractive AND waterproof! You worked with me on scheduling the installation, and came by while the work was in process to check things over to be sure that everything was done to my specifications. This was invaluable as you and I conferred along the way about details and we both walked through twice to be sure all were completed. I appreciated how you followed up my questions with the person at your company that was sure to have the answer, and got back to me by phone or email so that I knew where things stood. I LOVE MY NEW BASEMENT !!!   Many of my friends have "inspected" it (looking in awe at the creative detailing in the moldings and seams) and all agree it was money well spent!  I will be happily using it for years to come!
